6 Hops Bread Buns (see Homemade Hops Bread Recipe)
1 1/2 cups Ham baked & diced
12 pieces New Zealand Cheddar Cheese sliced
1/2 cup Spinach Leaves chopped
1/2 cup Tomato diced
1/2 cup Pineapple diced
2 tablespoons Thousand Island Salad Dressing
1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
Using a small bowl, mix the ham, spinach, tomato, pineapple, and dressing, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the Hops Buns in half and place them face down onto the skillet into the butter and allow to toast until golden brown.
Once the bread is toasted, begin to assemble the sandwich by placing one dollop of the ham mixture onto the bottom half of the toasted bread.
Top with pepper sauce to taste and add a slice of cheese to the top half of the toasted bun
