Ingredients

  • 1 (13.5 ounce) can Full-Fat Coconut Milk

  • 3/4 cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut Flakes (plus extra for garnish)

  • 1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

  • One pinch Kosher Salt

Instructions

To a blender, add full-fat coconut milk, shredded coconut flakes, condensed milk, heavy cream, and kosher salt. Blend until combined.

Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds.

Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.

When ready to serve, run the base of the mold under warm water to loosen the popsicles.
