Dr. Radhika Jain: Blending Science and Wellness in Every Bite
Dr. Radhika Jain is a seasoned Food Science Expert and Dietitian with a Ph.D. in Nutrition, Food Science & Technology from the University of Delhi, India. She currently works as a medical/food consultant with Classic Bakes and independently as a food formulator, developing products for commercial-scale production.
She also enjoys exploring the interconnected worlds of food, health, disease, environment, climate dependency and sustainability, continuously drawing inspiration from the incredible people she collaborates with who fuel her growth in critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and teamwork.
She has had the privilege of presenting her work on renowned platforms such as Prototypes for Humanity in Dubai (2025), India International Science Festival (2021), AOAC (2019), World Bank Young Professional Program (2019), and UNICEF (2018), as well as authoring two books (2018 & 2017), amongst others.
Now based amidst the beautiful landscapes of British Columbia, Canada, she continues to pursue her passion for innovative, science-driven solutions that create a meaningful and positive impact on the world around us.
What have you worked on for Classic Bakes?
At Classic Bakes, I've taken on the role of a Medical/Food Consultant, primarily engaging with our audience through the Classic Bakes YouTube channel. I contribute by addressing medically related questions, presenting my insights in an accessible Q&A video format.
