Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice is a comforting and flavorful side dish or made into an entrée. Place a large pan or wok onto the stovetop onto high heat, add the sesame oil to heat up for 1 minute.

Stir in the garlic, ginger and peppers, sauté for 30 seconds.

Push the vegetables to one side, adding in the cooked rice to fry for 2 minutes, flipping the rice over every 30 seconds.

Mix the rice with the vegetables.

Push the rice to one side, add the shrimp and pineapple to the pan, sauté for 2 minutes.

Add the eggs to a small bowl whisking them together.
