- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 6 cups Romaine Lettuce, shredded
- 3/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Green Onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup Green Chilies diced
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add ground beef. Cook, stirring until brown or for about 5 minutes. Drain extra grease.
Add taco seasoning to ground beef, and mix well.
Plate Salad as follows: Place lettuce leaves on the bottom, topping with seasoned ground beef, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, green onions, and green chilies.
