Honey Bbq Sauce with Pork Bbq

This recipe for honey BBQ sauce is made from sugar-free ketchup, brown sugar substitute, apple cider vinegar, honey, sea salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and ground black pepper.

Ingredients

Honey Bbq Sauce
  • 1 cup Sugar-Free Ketchup

  • ½ cup Brown Sugar Substitute 

  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons Honey

  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

     

  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

Honey Bbq Sauce

Whisk all the ingredients together in a pot placing it onto low heat on the stovetop. 

On low heat on the stovetop, combine all the ingredients and whisk them in a pot.

Simmer the ingredients while whisking frequently for 10 minutes until the sugar has dissolved. 

For 10 minutes, simmer the ingredients while regularly stirring, or until the sugar has dissolved.

Remove the pot from the heat letting the sauce cool to room temperature before adding it to a covered container, placing it into the fridge until ready to use. 

After taking the sauce off the heat, let it cool to room temperature before transferring it to a closed container and refrigerating it until needed.
