Ingredients

Peach Filling:
  • 5 cups fresh Peaches, sliced, or 5 cups thawed frozen sliced Peaches

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar substitute

  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch

  • 1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Crisp Topping:
  • 1 cup Gluten-free All-purpose flour

  • 1 1/4 cups Gluten-free Old-fashioned Rolled Oats

  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar substitute

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground Cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground Nutmeg

  • 1/4 teaspoon fine Sea salt

  • 2/3 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

Peach Filling:

Preheat the oven to 375 °F. Next, lightly grease a 9 by 13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Place the peaches, brown sugar substitute, cornstarch, cinnamon, and vanilla extract into the prepared baking dish and stir to combine.

Crisp Topping:

Mix the gluten-free all-purpose flour, oats, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium mixing bowl until combined.

Add the butter to the bowl and cut it into the dry ingredients using a pastry blender until it resembles coarse crumbs.
