Ingredients

  • 10 fresh Mint leaves

  • 3 ounces Coconut Rum

  • Juice of 2 Limes

  • 1/2 cup Cream of Coconut

  • 8 Ice cubes

  • 1 cup Soda water

  • 2 sprigs of Mint sprigs (for garnishing)

  • 1 tablespoon Pomegranate seeds (for garnishing)

  • 2 Lime slices (for garnishing)

Instructions

Place the mint leaves in a cocktail shaker and muddle them with a wooden muddler.

Prepare mint leaves in the cocktail shaker

Add the coconut rum, lime juice, cream of coconut, and ice to the cocktail shaker and shake until combined.

Strain it into 2 glasses and top with 1/2 cup of soda water.

Put into the glass

Garnish each coconut mojito with a sprig of mint, pomegranate seeds, and a lime wedge before serving.
