Ingredients

Cinnamon Syrup:
  • 1/2 cup Granular Sugar-Free Sweetener

     

  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar Substitute 

     

  • 3/4 cup Water

     

  • 1 Vanilla Bean, split in half

     

  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

Cinnamon Dolce Latte:
  • 2 cups Almond Milk

     

  • 2 cups Strong Brewed Coffee

     

  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Whipped Cream, for garnish  

     

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

Cinnamon Syrup:

Place the granular sugar-free sweetener, brown sugar substitute, water, vanilla bean, and cinnamon stick into a small pot and mix until combined. 

 

Prepare to cook the cinnamon syrup

Place the cinnamon syrup over medium-high heat. Let the cinnamon syrup come to a boil, stirring occasionally. 

 

Cook cinnamon syrup in high heat

Decrease the heat to low. Let the cinnamon syrup cook for 5–10 minutes until it reduces by half. 

 

Keep cooking the cinnamon syrup in low heat

Remove the cinnamon syrup from the heat and let it cool completely before removing the cinnamon stick and vanilla bean.

Cinnamon Dolce Latte:

Place the almond milk in a medium pot and set it over medium-high heat. Cook it for 3–4 minutes, whisking constantly until it is frothy. Remove the almond milk from the heat and set it aside. 

 

Prepare the milk for the Cinnamon Dolce Latte (Homemade)

Divide the coffee between 2 glasses, then add 3–4 tablespoons of the cinnamon syrup and stir to combine.

 

Prepare the coffee for the Cinnamon Dolce Latte (Homemade)

Divide the foamed almond milk between each glass, then top with sugar-free whipped cream. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon on top of the cinnamon Dolce latte if desired.
