Just because you're vegan doesn't mean you can't have a latte. And this Vegan Matcha Latte proves just that. We're using two kinds of dairy-free milk, light coconut milk, and unsweetened almond milk, to get that creamy goodness. We're also using maple syrup for natural sweetness and a manganese boost. Meanwhile, Matcha powder supplies antioxidants which may reduce cell damage. Matcha powder also improves your attention and memory - and helps you lose weight. So drink a cuppa!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Matcha powder

  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup

  • 1 tablespoon Hot Water

  • 3/4 cup Light Coconut Milk

  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

In a small mixing bowl, add Matcha powder, maple syrup, and hot water.

Whisk with a stainless steel whisk or bamboo whisk until completely dissolved.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the Matcha mixture, coconut milk, and almond milk.

Stir occasionally until hot and steamy, about 3 minutes.

Pour matcha mixture into a coffee mug, and add vanilla extract, stirring well.
