All you need are four ingredients to treat yourself to these easy and crispy air-fried Churro Chips that are addictively sweet while still being low in carbs and calories. They're also great paired with Peach or Vegan Vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 inch) Low-Carb Flour Tortillas

  • 2 teaspoons Unsalted Butter, melted 

  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

     

  • 1/4 cup Sugar Substitute 

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  

Prepare air fryer

Brush the tortillas with melted butter before stacking and cutting them into eight triangles each.

Arrange the tortillas in a single layer of the air fryer basket without overcrowding them, cooking in batches if needed. Place a small wire rack on top of the chips to keep them from flying around the air fryer.

Cook for 6 minutes, using a pair of kitchen tongs to flip the tortilla chips halfway through cooking. 

Cooking the other side of Churro Chips

Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a medium-sized mixing bowl, add in the tortilla chips tossing them in the bowl to coat the chips with cinnamon and sugar.

Let the chips cool for 5 minutes on a wire rack before gobbling them up. Serve & enjoy.
