How to
Preheat your waffle maker.

Whisk the almond flour, xanthan gum, sugar-free sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon, orange zest, and salt in a medium bowl until combined.

Whisk the eggs, butter, vanilla extract and milk in a small bowl until combined.

Add the batter mixture to the almond flour mixture and mix until combined.

Coat your waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray and add 1/4-1/2 cup of the waffle batter to the waffle iron. Cook the almond flour waffle according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Set aside the cooked Almond Waffles on a cooling rack and continue cooking the rest of the waffle batter.
