These Almond Flour Waffles are naturally keto and so easy to make. You can serve them with almonds, chopped unsweetened chocolate, sugar-free syrup, or any toppings you desire. These almond flour waffles will make the perfect breakfast or brunch.

- 1 cup blanched Almond Flour
- 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum (optional)
- 1/4 cup Sugar-Free Sweetener
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 large Eggs
- 6 tablespoons Butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Whole Almonds, for garnish
- 2 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate chopped, for garnish
Whisk the almond flour, xanthan gum, sugar-free sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon, orange zest, and salt in a medium bowl until combined.
Add the batter mixture to the almond flour mixture and mix until combined.
Coat your waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray and add 1/4-1/2 cup of the waffle batter to the waffle iron. Cook the almond flour waffle according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Set aside the cooked Almond Waffles on a cooling rack and continue cooking the rest of the waffle batter.
Transfer the Almond Waffles to a platter. Top with almonds and/or chocolate chips. Best served with coffee or tea.
