Instructions

Cut the apples into 1/8-inch thick slices using a sharp knife or mandolin.  
Arrange the apples on a baking sheet and remove any seeds. Set the apples aside.   
Whisk the stevia, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.     
Sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture over the apple slices, then turn them over and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon mixture over the apples.   
Using a non-stick cooking spray coat the air fryer basket. Preheat the air fryer to 300 °F.    
Arrange some of the apple slices in the air fryer basket. Do not pile the apple slices on top of each other.   
Cook the apple chips for 15 minutes, turning them over every 5 minutes with a pair of tongs until they are golden brown.   
Place the apple chips onto a cooling rack and let them cool completely. Let the apple chips cool as it will crisp up.  
Continue cooking the apple chips until all of the apples are gone. 
Place the apple chips into a bowl before serving.
