Place the cream cheese, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, jalapeño and half the bacon into a bowl. Mix with a whisk until combined.

Shape the cheese mixture into a ball. Tightly wrap the cheese ball with plastic wrap and chill it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

Combine the remaining cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions on a plate.

Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onion mixture.
