Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Seafood Broth

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 2 Shallots, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted Butter

  • 8 ounces Gluten-Free Fettuccine Noodles

  • 12 ounces medium frozen raw Shrimp, peeled, deveined

  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

  • 2 tablespoons fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

Place the seafood broth, heavy cream, garlic, shallots, kosher salt, black pepper, and unsalted butter into the Instant Pot.

Break the Fettuccine noodles in half, then add them to the Instant Pot, submerging them in the liquid.

Place the lid on the Instant Pot. Turn the valve to sealing, then pressure-cook the noodles for 7 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then turn the valve to vent.

Remove the lid from the Instant Pot. Stir until the sauce is combined. Add the shrimp and broccoli and stir to combine. Place the lid back on the pot and allow the shrimp and broccoli to steam for 5 minutes until the shrimp is cooked, and the broccoli is tender.

Remove the lid from the Instant Pot. Add the shredded Parmesan cheese to the Fettuccine Alfredo, and stir to combine.

Place the Fettuccine Alfredo on a serving dish, then sprinkle the crushed red pepper flakes and parsley.
