In an Instant Pot, add low sodium chicken broth, chicken breasts, Italian seasoning, dry ranch seasoning powder, and cream cheese.

Turn the Instant Pot On and secure the lid. Put the pressure valve to Seal and select manual; cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.

Once ready, turn off the Instant Pot and let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes.

Place the chicken in a bowl and shred using a fork or meat shredder.
