This recipe will show you how to whip up your own beef fried rice in about 30 minutes. Our easy-to-follow recipe has all the iconic flavors you love about traditional restaurant-style fried rice made in your kitchen. - 12 ounces Beef - cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 1/2 cups Rice - Precooked 1 day before
- 2-3 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ginger - minced
- 1 large yellow Onion - diced
- 3 cloves Garlic - minced
- 1 Bell Pepper- diced
- 2 Chinese Celery Stalks - diced
- 1 medium Carrot - diced
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon White Pepper
- 1 Green onion - chopped
Add the ginger, onion, garlic, bell peppers, celery, carrots, and cook for 5 minutes.
Mix in the beef and cook for 5 minutes, mix with the vegetables.
Add sesame oil and soy sauce, mix until the rice turns brown.
Make a space in the wok by moving the rice mixture to the side, then add the beaten eggs in that space and scramble cook until done, then toss and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Cook for another 3 minutes and mix in white pepper.
