Nothing says summer like barbecue chicken wings. But you could miss out on backyard fun if you don't have a grill. But don't worry: You can still enjoy the summer weather with these Barbecue Chicken Wings. That's because they're baked in the oven instead of on the grill. And they're lip-smacking good; they're juicy and tender on the inside and sticky on the outside. Once baked until crispy, we coated the wings with a homemade barbecue sauce made of ketchup, yellow mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and cayenne pepper, a nice balance of sweetness, savory, umami, and heat. Serve with cut-up veggies like celery and carrots.
Note: To make these barbecue chicken wings gluten-free, use gluten-free Worcestershire sauce.
