Ingredients

  • 1 lb. 80/20 Ground Beef

     

  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Aminos 

     

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

     

  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder 

     

  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder 

     

  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

     

  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

     

  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese 

     

  • 4 Gluten-Free Hamburger Buns

     

  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise

     

  • 4 leaves Romaine Lettuce, trimmed 

     

  • 1 large Tomato, sliced

     

  • 1 small Red Onion, sliced 

     

  • 8 Pickle Slices

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 375 °F.

Place the ground beef, coconut aminos, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, kosher salt, and black pepper in a large bowl and mix until combined. 



  

 

Mixing all the ingredients for the Air Fryer Hamburgers

Divide the hamburger mixture into four even portions and shape each piece into patties that are 1/2 inch thick.

Put the hamburgers in the air fryer basket and cook them for 7 minutes. 

 

Cooking the Air Fryer Hamburgers

Put a slice of cheese on top of each burger and cook it for another 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts and the burgers have an internal temperature of 160 °F.

 

Adding cheese to the Air Fryer Hamburgers

Place the bottom burger buns onto plates and spread the mayonnaise on each bun. Top with the lettuce, hamburgers, tomatoes, red onions, pickles, and the top bun.
