Ingredients

Baked Apples:
  • 4 large gala Apples

  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground Nutmeg

Topping:
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped

  • 1/4 cup golden Raisins

  • 1 tablespoon Almond Flour

  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar

  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground Nutmeg

Instructions

Baked Apples:

Place the apples on a cutting board and slice the top of each apple to create a flat surface.

Use a pairing knife to core the apples, making sure not to cut through to the bottom of the apple.

Remove core of the apples

Set the air fryer to 320 °F and let it preheat for 2 minutes.

Prepare Air fryer for baking

Place the apples in the air fryer basket, leaving 1 inch of space between each apple.

Add apples in the air fryer basket

Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon over each apple. Air fry the apples for 10 minutes.

Put sugar and cinnamon mixture to the apples
Topping:

Mix the walnuts, golden raisins, almond flour, brown sugar, coconut oil, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl until combined.

Mixing ingredients for the toppings

Remove the apples from the air fryer and divide the topping between each apple.

Prepare apples with the toppings

Air fry the apples for another 10 minutes.

Cooking the apples

Place the apples on a serving platter and enjoy!
