Ever get tired of plain rice? Well, if so, this is the recipe for you! This, Quick and Easy Parsley Rice will elevate your rice game to new levels in no time. With the combination of aromatics and parsley cooked in butter, this will quickly become a household or party favor.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Basmati Rice cooked

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter

  • 2 cloves Garlic - minced

  • 2 Seasoning Peppers - Minced

  • 1/4 cup Parsley - chopped

  • ¼ teaspoon Cumin - Ground

  • Salt & Black pepper to taste

     

Instructions

Using large deep skillet add the butter and bring to a medium-high heat.

Once the butter is melted, add the onion, garlic, and seasoning peppers, then sauté for 3 minutes.

Mix in the rice, parsley, and cumin, tossing to evenly spread the seasonings and herbs throughout the rice.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste, remove from the heat and serve warm in plates or serving bowls.
