Most people who enjoy brunch most look forward to having a slice of delicious Quiché. Quiché is a tart made with eggs, cheese, some form of meat, and or vegetables. This recipe will show you how to make a Ham and Swiss Quiché that’s quick and easy. We have created this dish with ingredients you should already have at home and used a shortcut with a frozen pie crust. So the next time you’re in the mood for your favorite brunch dish, try this recipe for Ham and Swiss Quiché.

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Eggs - beaten

  • 2 teaspoons Green Seasoning

  • 200 ml Heavy Cream

  • 200 grams Ham - diced

  • 1/2 cup Swiss Cheese - shredded

  • 1/2 cup Gruyere Cheese - Shredded

  • ¼ teaspoon Salt & Black Pepper

  • 10 in x 2 in Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 °F/ 190 °C and place a rack in the middle of the range.

Place the pie crust onto a baking tray, poke the pie crust with a fork and par bake in the oven for 10 minutes. 

Add the eggs, cream, salt, and black pepper, using a large bowl, then whisk to combine.

Add the ham, cheese, and green seasoning, then pour into the pie crust and bake for 45 minutes or until firm.

Remove from the oven & let cool on a rack for 10 minutes to firm up. 

Serve warm or chilled and enjoy.
