Crispy and toasty air fryer ravioli are the perfect appetizers. They are so easy to make you only have to dredge the ravioli in egg and seasoned breadcrumbs and air fry them. They are addicting, delicious, and much healthier than the deep-fried ones you get from your local Italian restaurant.

Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs

  • 3/4 cup whole wheat Panko Breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Basil

  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Oregano

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

  • 12 oz. fresh Ravioli

  • 1/2 cup Marinara sauce

  • 2 tablespoons fresh Basil, chopped

Instructions

Place the eggs in a shallow baking dish and whisk to combine. Set it aside.

Prepare eggs in baking dish

Place the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, onion powder, thyme, oregano, and garlic powder in a shallow baking dish and whisk until combined.

Prepare dry ingredients in baking dish

Carefully dredge each ravioli into the egg, then into the breadcrumbs, and place them onto a large plate.

Preheat the air fryer to 380 ˚F.

Prepare air fryer

Spray the ravioli with non-stick cooking spray, then place them into the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fry the ravioli for 6–7 minutes until they are golden brown.

Place the ravioli onto a plate. Place the warm marinara into a small serving bowl and serve it with the ravioli.
