Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs

     

  • 1/3 cup Coconut Milk

     

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 

     

  • 4 tablespoons Granulated Sugar

     

  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

     

  • 4 slices Gluten-Free Bread, cut into 1-inch slices

     

  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 350 °F.

 

Prepare  Air Fryer

Whisk the eggs, coconut milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and granulated sugar in a shallow baking dish until combined.  



 

Mixing all the ingredients except powdered sugar

Dredge both sides of each slice of bread into the egg mixture. 

 

Dredging bread to the butter mixture

Place each slice of bread into the air fryer basket leaving 1/2-inch of space between each slice of bread. You may have to cook them in 2-3 batches. 

 

Cooking the Air Fryer French Toast Sticks

Cook for 4 minutes. Turn them over and cook them for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown. 

 

Cooking the other side of Air Fryer French Toast Sticks

Place the French toast sticks onto a plate. Place the powdered sugar into a small sieve and dust the French toast sticks with the powdered sugar. Serve with maple syrup if desired.
