How does it work?

Step 1: Place and pay for your order online using your credit card. During this process you will be asked to select a mandatory pick up date.
Step 2: Pick up your order at the bakery on your pick up date from 1pm - 6pm. You just need to show us your ID and order number.

Do I need to register to place an order?

No. However, you can choose to register during the checkout process to save time re-entering information on future orders.
During the checkout process, you will be asked to register or continue as a guest.

What are your methods of payment?

You can pay online using Visa or Mastercard.

Do you record my credit card? How do you handle payments?

We do not record your credit card, nor do we know it at any point during the payment process.
The payment is safely and securely handled automatically by a local third party payment gateway - WiPay. Paying with Wipay is similar to paying with Paypal.

Pick up Date

During the checkout process you will be prompted to select a pick up date. This date cannot be changed once you pay for your order. Please understand we have to actually make your food items and prepare it for your pick up date.
IF WE COULD HAVE ALLOWED changing of the pick up date, we would have to make the food again for the new date and we cannot resell your original order thus it becomes a loss to us. For this reason, there is no refund if you missed your pick up date.

What is your refund policy?

As we are dealing with food items, there is no refund once you purchase from our website. If you missed your pickup date, unfortunately there will be no refund. We prepare your order for your pick up date whether you pick it up or not.
