A serving of Whipped Lemonade is precisely what you need to make your day brighter. Whipped lemonade is known for its creamy, frothy texture. Usually, it's made with sweetened whipped cream, fresh lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and ice. However, instead of regular whipped cream, we used Greek yogurt and coconut milk to give it a luxurious creamy texture without all the calories. As a result, this whipped lemonade is delicious and addicting. Plus, you can stay cool and refreshed with this sweet, lemony, and creamy drink. Try our ginger beer or strawberry lemonade if you want other refreshing beverages.

 

What is lemonade drink made of?

This whipped lemonade consists of Greek yogurt, sugar-free sweetener, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, coconut milk, and ice. 

 

Is homemade lemonade unhealthy?

Homemade lemonade can be healthy if you reduce the sugar you use. Drinking unsweetened lemonade is best since you will feel refreshed and get a healthy dose of vitamin C. However, if desired, you can also use a calorie-free sugar substitute to sweeten the lemonade. 

Is lemonade just lemon juice?

Lemonade is not just lemon juice. Lemonade comprises 15-20 percent lemon juice, water, and sugar. 

 

How many calories are in a glass of homemade lemonade?

There are 180 calories in each serving of whipped lemonade.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt 

     

  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Sweetener

     

  • 1/2 cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

     

  • Zest of 1 Lemon 

     

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk

     

  • 3 cups Ice

     

  • 2 Lemon slices 

Instructions

Place 2 cups of the Greek yogurt into a blender along with the sugar-free sweetener, lemon juice, lemon zest, coconut milk, and ice, and blend until it is smooth and creamy. 

 

Mixing all the ingredients

Pour the whipped lemonade into 2 tall glasses and garnish each whipped lemonade with a lemon slice.
