Strawberry Lemonade Recipe

Set up a blender or food processor, and add strawberries. Purée until smooth.

Using a fine mesh stainless steel strainer, strain strawberry juice in order to remove the seeds. 

Place a small saucepan on the stovetop over medium heat, add sugar, and 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil.

Using a spoon, stir until the sugar dissolves. Then let the mixture cool at room temperature.

Using a fine mesh stainless steel strainer, strain freshly squeezed lemon juice into a glass pitcher.

Add sugar mixture and puréed strawberries, mixing well.

Place in the fridge until cold.

Once cold, add 3 cups of cold water, stirring well.

Place crushed ice in glasses, adding lemon slices.

Pour lemonade into the glasses, garnishing with fresh mint leaves and strawberries.
