Looking to fuel your body, right? This Strawberry Avocado Smoothie is the breakfast of champions. It's creamy, sweet, and exceptionally nourishing. It's also loaded with plant-based protein, fiber, heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, vitamin C, antioxidants, and brain-enhancing omega-3s. For even more protein, feel free to add some plant-based protein powder.

  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries

  • 1/4 Avocado

  • 1 tablespoon Ground Flaxseed

  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk

  • Fresh Herbs for garnish (Optional)


Add a high-speed blender with frozen strawberries, avocado, ground flaxseed, maple syrup, lemon juice, and soy milk.

Blend until smooth.

Serve in a glass cup or a Mason jar. Garnish with fresh herbs.
