Juicy, tender pork chops are smothered with a creamy, mushroom-packed sauce for a dish that is so yummy and comforting. Best of all, this dish takes just 10 minutes to prepare, and then the slow cooker takes over. When you come home, dinner is magically ready! Ingredients

  • 6 Boneless Pork Chops

  • 6 ounces Mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 medium Onion, sliced

  • 10.5 ounces can Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 14 ounces can Chicken Broth

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

  • Fresh Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a 6-quart programmable crockpot, add pork chops, topping with mushrooms and onions.

Add cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and pepper to a medium mixing bowl. Using a whisk, mix well.

Pour cream of the mushroom mixture into the crockpot.

Cover crockpot and cook on low for six to eight hours. Alternatively, you can cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.

Serve in a bowl with egg noodles or zucchini noodles. Garnish with parsley.
