Rub and coat the pork with green seasoning, celery salt, paprika, and black pepper and place in the slow cooker.
Mix the cream of mushroom soup and vegetable broth and add to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the pork is soft and tender.
Once finished cooking, remove the chops from the slow cooker, set aside, and turn the heat up to high.
Make a slurry with the cornstarch and cold water until completely dissolved, then stir into the remaining liquids in the slow cooker until the mixture thickens into a gravy consistency.
Remove the gravy mixture to a gravy bowl or drizzle straight over the top of your pork chop meal.
Serve with your favorite mashed potatoes or steamed rice and vegetables
