For those who love a good pork chop, this is the recipe for you, Slow Cooker Pork Chops and Gravy. Using a slow cooker saves time and energy and increases the flavor and moisture, perfect for meats. This recipe is an ideal way to multitask on a busy day to prepare ahead of time and have it ready in time for dinner. With that low and slow cooking method, your Pork chops will be full of flavor, and the gravy will be great over some mashed potatoes or steamed rice.

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces Pork Chops - 4 Rib, Center or Loin cut

  • 3 tablespoons Green Seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon Celery Salt

  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika

  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1x14 ounce Canned Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 350 ml Vegetable broth

  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch

  • 2 tablespoons Cold water

Instructions

Rub and coat the pork with green seasoning, celery salt, paprika, and black pepper and place in the slow cooker.

Mix the cream of mushroom soup and vegetable broth and add to the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the pork is soft and tender.

Once finished cooking, remove the chops from the slow cooker, set aside, and turn the heat up to high.

Make a slurry with the cornstarch and cold water until completely dissolved, then stir into the remaining liquids in the slow cooker until the mixture thickens into a gravy consistency.

Remove the gravy mixture to a gravy bowl or drizzle straight over the top of your pork chop meal.

Serve with your favorite mashed potatoes or steamed rice and vegetables
