3/4 cups Arrowroot Flour/ Starch
1 tablespoon Chinese 5 Spice
Oil For frying
1 1/2 cups Jasmine Rice - Precooked 1 day before
2 tablespoons Peanut Oil
1 thumb Ginger - minced
1 large yellow Onion - diced
3 cloves Garlic - minced
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 Seasoning Peppers
3 Sweet Peppers - Green, Yellow, Orange - diced
3 Chinese Celery Stalks - diced
1 small Carrot - diced
1/4 head Cabbage - chopped
2 Green Onions chopped
2-3 Eggs
