Ingredients

  • 3 Organic Pears (slightly under-ripe), halved, but not peeled or cored

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • Pinch Salt

  • 1 sprig Fresh Thyme

  • 2 tablespoons Honey, divided

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Layer pears, cut-side up onto a baking dish. 

Drizzle pears with olive oil and salt, and top with fresh thyme.

Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes. 

Using a spatula, brush the tops of the pears with half of the honey and bake until soft, about 5 to 10 minutes. 

Remove from oven, and ladle pear halves and juices onto plates. Serve with the remaining honey.
