Looking to enjoy the flavors of fall? Then you'll love this Pumpkin Spice Smoothie. It's packed with the autumnal flavors of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. The banana makes this smoothie naturally sweet, and the soymilk adds a nice boost of calcium and plant-based protein—meanwhile, the ground flaxseed packs in some omega-3s. Feel free to add some plant-based protein powder for even more plant-based protein.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Purée

  • 1 Banana, frozen

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg

  • 1/8 teaspoon Allspice

  • 1 tablespoon Ground Flaxseed

  • 1/2 cup Ice

Instructions

Add pumpkin purée, banana, soy milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ground flaxseed, and ice to a high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour in a glass or a smoothie cup.
