Preheat oven to 375 °F. Line with muffin liners or grease a muffin tin.

Add mashed bananas, butter, Greek yogurt, honey, milk, canned pumpkin, egg, and vanilla extract to a large bowl. Mix well.

Add whole wheat flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder, and salt to a second bowl. Whisk well.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix until just combined.

Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups.

Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of a muffin. Remove the muffins from the oven, placing them onto a cooling rack before serving.
