Season the chicken with garlic, basil, and oregano and set aside.
Using a large deep skillet, add the oil and medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot add the chicken and sauté for 5 minutes.
While the chicken is cooking, place the tofu and soy milk into a high-powered blender and process until a thick creamy texture. Add more milk if necessary
Add the cream to the pan, mix with the seasoned chicken, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 3-5 minutes.
When the sauce starts to simmer, stir in the cheese using a whisk until thoroughly combined.
Season with salt and black pepper and serve warm in plates
