Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

  • 2 teaspoons Lime Juice

  • 8 Large Hard-Boiled Eggs, diced

  • 1 Celery Stalk, diced

  • 1/4 Onion, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

  • Paprika for garnish (Optional)

Instructions

Mix well in a medium bowl, add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lime juice.

Add hard-boiled eggs, celery, and onions, mixing gently.

Add salt and pepper, and garnish with paprika. Serve with lettuce leaves or low-carb bread.
