3 Whole Medium Organic Eggs
1 tablespoon Heavy Cream
1/4 Yellow Onion, julienne
1/8 Red Pepper, julienne

1/4 cup Ground Chorizo, if not available remove casing from a whole chorizo sausage
1/4 cup Manchego Cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
