Green Apple Smoothies are a tasty, refreshing start to your day. But commercially-made smoothies may have added sugars - and they're not easy on the wallet. So we came up with this homemade Green Apple Smoothie. It's packed with healthy ingredients like coconut water, spinach, green apples, bananas, avocados, and pineapple. So it's pretty hydrating and has a nice balance of tartness, sweetness, tanginess, and creaminess. For our leafy vegetable, we opted to use spinach as it's less bitter than kale. However, if you only have kale, feel free to use that instead. You may need to add more bananas to balance kale's bitterness. Besides being packed with vitamins and minerals, this smoothie is also packed with fiber. One serving provides almost 70% of your daily fiber needs!
