Garlic Butter Steak Bites in a cast iron pan

Have a last-minute get-together with friends, or were you asked to bring a dish to a house party and looking for something quick to whip up? Try this Garlic Butter Steak Bites recipe as a great appetizer that will blow people away with the flavors. We came up with this excellent steak dish packed with garlic and herb butter sauce, which is the perfect finger food. One pro-tip for a more robust garlic flavor: mince the garlic as much as possible with a sharp knife and let it rest for 10 minutes before adding it to the hot skillet. Ingredients

  • 1 pound Tenderloin Steak - cut into bite sized pieces

  • 2 tablespoons Green Seasoning

  • 6 cloves Garlic - minced

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter

  • 1/4 cup Dry White Wine

  • Salt & Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

Marinate the steak in green seasoning, salt, and black pepper for at least one hour or overnight in a container for more depth of flavor.

Using a cast iron or large deep skillet placed on high heat and add the olive oil, once the oil is hot add the steak and sear them on all sides until golden brown then remove and set aside in a serving dish.

Reduce the heat on the skillet to medium and add the white wine and deglaze the pan for 2 minutes.

Mix in the garlic and sauté for 3 minutes then drizzle over the steak chunks and serve warm.
