Slow cookers Are a great cooking appliance to create intense flavors and textural elements to a dish you can only get from cooking low and slow. In addition to the taste and textural impact, a slow cooker is excellent for multitasking your busy schedule by providing a functional solution to cooking. This recipe for Fall Apart Slow Cooker Pork Chops is the perfect way to show you how to create a delicious, tender, and time-saving dish. We love to use our Green Seasoning for dishes like this as it adds an incredible amount of flavor and moisture to the meat. Throw in some fresh vegetables, honey, and balsamic vinegar for a rich and flavorful sauce to compliment the pork. You can prepare this dish in the morning, leave it to cook, and you will have some deliciously tender pork chops ready just in time for dinner.

Instructions

Marinate the pork chops in the green seasoning for at least one hour or overnight in a container for more flavor.

Whisk The honey, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard together until thoroughly blended, then set the sauce aside.

Using a large skillet, add the oil and bring to high heat. When the oil is hot, add the pork chops and sear on both sides, then remove and place in the slow cooker.

Place the pepper, mushrooms, and carrots on top of the pork.

Mix the sauce with the diced mushrooms and remaining green seasoning marinade and pour it over the top of the vegetables.

Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the pork is tender, depending on the thickness of your chops.

Once cooked, soft and tender, serve warm with your choice of side dishes.
