Instructions

Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl, use a spatula to combine everything together.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and divide the macaroon batter into 15 portions.

Use your hands to roll the portions into balls spreading them out onto the baking sheet. Chill the macaroons in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350F. Bake the macaroons for 10 minutes until the edges firm and crisp up.

Transfer the macaroons onto a wire rack letting them cool for 10 minutes before eating.
