And it takes just 10 minutes to make this salad. First, mix cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, and fresh basil leaves. Next, prepare your balsamic vinaigrette by combining olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Then drizzle your salad with the vinaigrette.

Caprese Salad:
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved

  • 4 ounces Mozzarella Pearls (~ 3/4 cup)

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, torn into pieces

Balsamic Vinaigrette:
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper


Caprese Salad:

To a medium bowl, add cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls and fresh basil.
