- 1/4 small Red Onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 Fresh Mango, peeled and julienne
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Scallion, thinly sliced
- 1 Fresh Lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons White Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- Fresh Cracked Black Peppercorns, to taste
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Pickapeppa Sauce
