Preheat the air fryer to 320 °F.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

To a microwave-safe bowl, add the butter and chocolate chips.

Microwave the chocolate butter mixture in 30-second increments stirring after each burst until it is smooth and melted. Let the chocolate butter mixture cool slightly.

Add the eggs and mix until combined.

Whisk the sugar-free sweetener, cocoa powder, gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, instant coffee, and salt in a separate medium bowl until combined.
