Health authorities recommend eating fish twice a week. However, fish like salmon can be quite strong in flavor. An excellent alternative is to have Tilapia instead. Tilapia has a mildly sweet flavor and can be seasoned and cooked in so many ways. And unlike salmon, it doesn't have a strong fishy taste or scent. To make this Tilapia, we baked it in foil. Baking Tilapia in foil is a perfect way to infuse the flavors of the fresh herbs and seasonings into the fish. This method of cooking is also quick and easy and makes clean-up effortless. We hope you enjoy our recipe for Baked Tilapia in Foil for your next meal with friends and family.

This had amazing flavor. The garlic mixed with the tomatoes and a hint of lime set it off. I put it over plain rice and all the juices soaked in. Highly recommend if you want some light and flavorful.
